The staff at this hotel was friendly and helpful, and really made the Xmas stay special with their cooperation. The location was great, as it made it easy to move around and explore. the hotel offered some nice amenities, like comfortable bedding and a good Wi-Fi connection.
The breakfast menu was quite limited and would benefit from more variety, including an English breakfast option. The room space could have been larger to allow for more comfortable living, and the toilet area was also quite small.

We had a decent stay in the hotel as it was located conveniently with good accessibility to MRT and taxis. We found the staff very pleasant and cooperative. They made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. the rooms, despite being cozy, were well equipped with necessary amenities.
The breakfast menu could be improved as it lacked variety and English breakfast was not included.

the location of the hotel was also very convenient, within walking distance to many local attractions and dining spots. We especially enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and comfortable bedding provided in our room.
The breakfast menu offered at the hotel could use some improvement. We were disappointed that there wasn't an English breakfast option offered alongside the Chinese breakfast.

We loved the hotel's convenient location, just a short walk from the MRT station. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent service throughout our stay.
No negatives from this hotel. We had a pleasant and hassle-free stay - highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and cooperative, and the location of the hotel was excellent.
It would be great if the hotel offered a service to reserve taxis, as it could be difficult to find one, especially when going to the MRT station.
